By purchasing this ticket you are opting in to receive communications about the related event from Citadel + Compagnie and/or its co-presenters (if applicable).
All ticket sales are final. No refunds are permitted unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
If you would like to exchange your ticket, please email boxoffice@citadelcie.com or call 416-364-8011. Requests will be approved at the discretion of The Citadel + Compagnie, as well as any producing partners. No refunds or exchanges will be granted within 48 hours of the event start time.
Your tickets are being purchased from Citadel + Compagnie (the organizer).
Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.
All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
